This meditation starts with a simple and general inner yoga posture, which is a feeling of being you at your best. It’s adopting an inner face, posture, and as such begins with some posing, like in hatha yoga. But there is an element of realness to it also, because whatever flavors of being at your best are here, they had to come from somewhere!
Then you see if you can take it somewhere. If the thinking mind does not bristle too much with relating to Life as sacred or divine, or whatever words open up something more to you, then adopting that stance takes you deeper. And there is something real to experiencing yourself as divine, too.
